I’m Lisa! And I’m on a mission to make food and eating easy. It wasn’t always for me, but now it is! And it’s because I started asking why.

I love to surf, I live on a sailboat, and I eat and move through my days with a sense of freedom I didn’t know was possible until I understood the cosmic flow of energy and how our body works.

Our healthcare system wants you to believe health and nutrition are confusing. It’s not! This video course will show you why it’s actually really simple. Real empowerment is understanding there’s no confusion and taking total control of your life. Don’t trust all these strategies being thrown at you - trust yourself. That’s what I did, and I’m telling you, I’ve never felt so free and at home in my mind and body. That’s why my passion for spreading this story runs deep.
